Set up my shipping rates

Without a rate, every shipment is “on quote”: the buyer has to write to you, wait for your price, come back. A rate shows the delivery price on the artwork sheet and adds it to the payment. They buy, you ship.

Open “Delivery” In your artist space.
The whole task on video, from the setting to the rates table.

Before you start

Screen 1 · Sales

In the menu, open Pro Site, then the Sales card.

The Pro Site page: under the preview, the Sales and Settings cards.

On the Delivery line, click Manage.

The Pro Site's Sales page: the Shipping line with its state and the Manage link.

Screen 2 · Delivery

Check that Shipping is on, then click Add a profile.

The Shipping page: the Studio pickup and Shipping switches, then Shipping rates with the Add a destination and Add a rate buttons, and the rates table.

Screen 3 · New shipping profile

Give it a Profile name and, if you plan several rates, the Maximum artwork size it covers, both sides in centimeters. For a single rate, leave the size empty: it covers all your artworks.

The New shipping rate window: Rate name, then Maximum artwork size with One side and The other side in centimeters.

In Price per destination, for each destination: Fixed price and the price incl. VAT the buyer will pay; On request if they will have to ask you for a price; Unavailable if you do not deliver there. Then Save profile.

The rest of the window: Price per destination, one line per destination with the mode (Fixed price, On quote, Not available) and the price incl. VAT, then the Cancel and Save the rate buttons.

Done

The rate appears in the table with the number of artworks it covers. On your website, the sheet of those artworks shows the delivery price to the buyer's country, and it is added to the payment. Only artworks that fit no rate stay On request.

The rates table with the new rate: its size, a price per destination, and the number of artworks it covers.

What if…

Larger artworks?

Add a profile with a larger size and its prices. The first rate the artwork fits in applies, from the smallest to the largest; beyond the last one, delivery goes On request.

Deliver to another country?

Add a destination: compose it with the countries you want (Switzerland and the United Kingdom together, for example). It becomes a column of the table, with its price in each rate.

The buyer can come and collect the artwork?

Leave Studio collection on: at payment, they choose between delivery and collection, always free.

An artwork has no dimensions on its sheet?

It fits no rate with a Maximum artwork size and stays on quote. Add its height and width on its sheet: it takes its place in the table at once.
