General
Yes, registration and basic use of MycreArt are completely free. You can create your gallery, add 50 artworks — with new slots added gradually over time — and be visible on the public MycreArt gallery without ever paying. The Pro offer at €79/year, with founder rate if available, adds advanced features for artists who want to sell (certificates, PDF catalogs, integrated Stripe payment).
With the Pro offer, you connect your Stripe account and can sell directly via QR code or on your Pro Site. We take no commission on your sales - only Stripe fees apply.
Yes. Your images and rights remain yours. MycreArt displays them to present and showcase your work. They are never used to train models, and we block the main known AI crawlers.
Pro subscription
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your dashboard. You keep Pro access until the end of the paid period.
Your artworks stay on the free MycreArt gallery. Only Pro features (website, certificates, etc.) are disabled.
Yes. If you subscribe during the founder offer, the €59/year rate is guaranteed for 5 years, as long as your subscription stays active and continuous. After those 5 years, the standard rate applies. Offer limited to 200 spots.
The subscription payment is handled by Stripe, the world leader in online payments. You pay by card and your subscription renews automatically each year.
Your space remains yours. Your artworks remain accessible from your personal space and certificates already issued remain publicly verifiable. Your Pro Site is paused and Pro tools (online payment, new certificates, catalogs) are deactivated. You can go Pro again whenever you want: everything reactivates.
Artworks and gallery
With the free version, you start with 50 artworks (1 photo per artwork), and new slots are added gradually over time. With Pro mode: 2,000 artworks right away and 8 photos per artwork.
When you add a photo, the analysis automatically pre-fills the title, technique, dominant colors and other fields. You validate and modify as needed. Available from the free version.
Yes. You can create public or private collections to group your artworks by series, theme or project, at no extra cost, from the free version.
Yes, and it's available even on the free version. You export your inventory as CSV (title, dimensions, technique, price, location, sale status, and other fields), choosing which columns to include.
Pro Site and sales
Yes. You can connect your own domain name to your Pro Site through a guided setup at your domain provider (MycreArt shows you step by step what to copy). A subdomain is also included with Pro mode, at no extra cost: yourartistname.mycre.art.
Yes. Your Pro Site is available in French and English. Your artwork texts and bio can be translated into both languages.
MycreArt charges no commission (0%). Only Stripe fees apply; the amount depends on the payment method and should be checked in your Stripe account. The money goes directly to your bank account.
Yes. You can create a manual sale to record a transaction made outside MycreArt (studio sale, fair, etc.). You keep the sale history, generate the invoice or receipt, and attach the certificate.
Exhibition and QR codes
The contact card is a mobile page that visitors see when scanning your label's QR code. It displays your details and lets them save your contact (vCard). With Pro mode, it's a handy QR destination for exhibitions; on the free plan, the QR leads to the artwork's public page.
With Pro mode, when creating a label set, you choose the QR destination: contact card, artwork page (on MycreArt or your Pro Site), Instagram, email, phone or a custom URL. On the free plan, the QR points to the artwork's public page.
Yes. The contact card keeps a history on the visitor's phone. The last 50 scans are stored for 90 days with the artwork name and a link to its page.
