Reserved for the first 200 Pro artists
The professional framework, from the studio to the buyer.
Add the artwork once. The rest follows: your site, your sales, the documents handed to the buyer.
Everything starts from your inventory
An artwork documented once powers your Pro Site, your exhibitions, your sales and your certificates — without retyping.
01 Inventory
Your artwork catalog, structured once and for all.
You want to properly document your work without spending hours on it.
-
Up to 8 photos per artwork: full view, detail, edge, signature.
-
Image analysis drafts the record for you: title, EN/FR description, category. You keep control.
-
Batch import: up to 10 photos at once, one record created per artwork.
-
Each record gathers price, availability, current location, exhibitions and history.
02 Pro Site
A website in your name, powered by your inventory.
A collector, a gallerist or a visitor asks for your website.
-
Personal address yourname.mycre.art (or your own domain name).
-
Portfolio synced: photos, prices and availability come from your artwork records.
-
An “Acquire” button on every artwork, with secure card payment via Stripe.
An address such as yourname.mycre.art is included with Pro — or you can connect your own domain name. See the Pro website guide
See the Pro website guide03 Exhibition
Set up the show. Measure what works. Keep the history.
You're setting up an exhibition, a fair or a gallery consignment.
-
Wall labels with QR codes, in 3 printable formats, ready to place.
-
Back labels with a "Top" marker, contact details and QR code — the identification that follows the work all its life, also free.
-
A PDF artwork list with photos, prices and descriptions to display at your booth during a fair — or a logistics version for transport and insurance.
-
Scan statistics: see which artworks draw the most attention at the show.
-
Each exhibition stays linked to your artwork records — the history becomes a provenance argument.
04 Sale
Finalize the sale cleanly.
A collector wants to reserve or buy?
-
A payment link to send after a conversation with a collector.
-
Direct purchase from your website or QR code displayed at a show.
-
The sale is recorded, the buyer is saved, and the artwork is marked as sold.
Payment and documents. MycreArt uses Stripe. You connect your account, then sales are paid directly into your bank account. MycreArt prepares the link, records the sale and generates useful documents.
05 Certificate
Certificate issued by the artist, verifiable online with a QR code.
A buyer, a gallery or an insurer asks for proof.
-
PDF certificate with unique number and verification QR code.
-
Frozen data: artist, artwork, date and essential identifying information.
-
A useful document for a sale, gallery, insurance or archive.

The veil caught in the wind
The whole painting lives in this gesture: the hand holding the veil, the fabric snapping. The wind is the real subject — invisible, yet everywhere.
A face barely stated
A few touches are enough: the hat's shadow, the light on the cheek. Up close, the face dissolves into brushstrokes; from afar, it gazes out to sea.
Straw and ribbon
The paint is thick, almost sculpted. The yellow of the straw catches the same light as the sand — a quiet echo from one edge of the canvas to the other.
The signature, in the sand
“J. Sorolla, 1909” — laid right on the beach, like a footprint. The kind of detail you only notice by stepping closer.
A demo artwork, four markers placed — open the tour: this is exactly what your visitors will see.
Demo artwork: Joaquín Sorolla, “Strolling along the Seashore” (1909), public domain.
You finalize the sale. Invoice and certificate follow.

Free to exhibit. Pro to finalize
The free gallery is enough to exhibit. Pro mode adds the tools to finalize.
The math is simple
| Artwork sold | Example with a 30% intermediary | MycreArt |
|---|---|---|
| 300 € | −90 € | 0 € |
| 800 € | −240 € | 0 € |
| 1 500 € | −450 € | 0 € |
From €200 in sales over the year, a 30% commission would already cost more than the Pro subscription.
On MycreArt, the subscription is fixed and the commission is 0%. Only Stripe's card fees apply.
