Exhibition

Prepare an exhibition, from the hang to the sale

Prepare the exhibition record, the works, the labels and on-site payment in one place — and arrive ready on opening night.

An exhibition record holds the venue, dates, artworks and labels — all linked to your inventory.
The preparation flow

Four steps to arrive ready

Each step starts from your inventory and feeds the next. Nothing is entered twice.

  1. 1

    Describe the exhibition

Create an exhibition record: type (solo, group, art fair, festival, open studio…), venue, city, country, booth number, dates, image and gallery visibility. You can also mark it “online”: a URL is enough.

  2. 2

    Attach the presented artworks

Link the artworks from your inventory to the exhibition, in hanging order. You can set their position and add internal notes to plan the route.

  3. 3

    Generate the labels

Produce a label set ready to print for 1 to 300 artworks. You choose what appears: title, medium, dimensions, price, reference, edition number and QR code.

  4. 4

Take payment and track on site

On opening night, show a link or QR code for card payment. The recorded sale feeds your history, with its invoice or receipt and the associated certificate.

Medium — A7 labels are available on the free plan. Small — business card and Large — A6 formats, card payments, configurable labels and the private viewing room are Pro features.

Your tools

What MycreArt prepares for you

Understated, no-frills tools, linked to your inventory, to present and finalize cleanly.

Exhibition record

Solo, group, art fair, festival, open studio…: each type has its record, with venue, address, dates, booth number and gallery visibility. An exhibition is grasped at a glance.

Labels in 3 formats

Medium — A7 (8 per page) from the free plan; Small — business card (10 per page) and Large — A6 (4 per page) with Pro mode. A single set covers up to 300 artworks, in French and English.

Configurable QR codes

With Pro mode, the label's QR code links to the destination of your choice: contact card, Pro Site, Instagram, email, phone or a URL. On the free plan, it points to the artwork's public page.

Private viewing room

With Pro mode, share a selection of artworks behind a short-code link, with an optional password, prices shown or not and an expiry date. A view counter tells you the interest it draws.

Payment and tracking

With Pro mode, the buyer pays by card through your Stripe account. The sale feeds your history with its invoice or receipt. MycreArt takes no commission — only Stripe fees apply.

Exhibition visibility

Make the exhibition visible in the MycreArt gallery to announce the event, or keep it private while you prepare. You decide when it goes public.

In context

When it helps

A few concrete cases where a well-prepared exhibition changes the day.

1

Gallery opening

You hang your paintings, place the labels with QR codes and open a payment link on your phone. A visitor scans, keeps your contact and, if they fall for a piece, pays by card before leaving.

2

Fair or art show with a booth

The exhibition record stores the booth number and dates. Small — business card labels fit on a large wall, the QR links to your contact card, and every sale is tracked in one place.

3

Remote presentation

A collector can't make it in person? Send them a private viewing room: a selection of artworks behind a link, prices shown or not, optionally password-protected and valid for a limited time.

4

After the event

Once the opening is over, you find the sales made, their documents and the scan count of each QR code. The record stays clean for the next exhibition.
