Done

Your website has a “Custom artwork” page in its menu: the visitor describes the artwork they imagine and writes to you. Their requests arrive in Messaging, Received requests tab, with the Custom artwork label.

The Custom artwork page of the website: “An artwork created for you”, how it works in three steps.

Where the requests arrive:

The messaging of the artist space: the Received requests tab.

What if…

The link does not show on the website?

You have not published yet. As long as the editor shows Draft, the live website has not changed: click Publish, or Discard to go back to the published website.

Guide the requests?

Under Menu links, open Customise the Custom artwork page: you choose the requests suggested to visitors (format, subject, portrait…). Then publish.

A request has arrived?

Open it in Messaging, Received requests tab, then click Make a proposal: agreed description, price, deposit. The buyer receives a link to accept and pay.

Remove the page?

The same Custom artwork switch, off, then Publish. Requests already received stay in your messages.
