Custom order

Custom artwork commissions, done properly

An agreed description, a binding deposit, a deposit invoice or receipt under your settings, and the balance after photos. Your commission is framed — you can focus on the artwork.

A commission is prepared in one screen: what has been agreed, the price, the deposit. The buyer receives a link to reserve.
Why frame your commissions

A binding order, not a loose promise

Commissions are the favorite sales channel of many artists. It is also where a vague agreement costs the most.

The deposit protects your work

30 or 50% upfront: your time and materials are covered. If the buyer cancels, the deposit stays with you.

The description is the reference

What has been agreed is written down: subject, dimensions, timeframe, included adjustments. In case of disagreement, this text decides — not anyone's memory.

The buyer feels safe

They see a clear frame: photos before the balance, secure payment, a certificate of authenticity on delivery. They commit more easily.

The journey

From request to balance, in five steps

You only have two things to do: send the proposal, then request the balance. The rest follows.

1

The buyer describes what they want

From the "Custom artwork" page of your site, by email or in person. Indicative format and budget: you know right away whether the project is serious.

2

You create the proposal

One screen: agreed description, total price, deposit (30%, 50% or custom), estimated time. You get a link to share anywhere — email, Instagram, WhatsApp.

3

The buyer accepts, then pays the deposit

On the order page: summary, legal terms, payment by card or bank transfer. The order becomes binding upon acceptance, and the deposit document goes out automatically once the deposit is received.

4

You create, then send your photos

You work at your own pace. Artwork finished: you send photos to the buyer, as you always have.

5

You request the balance

One button on the sale page: the buyer receives the remaining amount and their payment method. Once paid, the final invoice references the deposit already received.

What MycreArt prepares

The documents and the frame, without thinking about it

Everything a serious commission must produce is generated at the right moment.

The proposal link

A private page for your commission: description, amounts, timeframe, terms. The buyer pays the deposit there, then the balance.

The automatic deposit document

Upon collection, MycreArt issues the document suited to the seller — an invoice with a SIRET, otherwise a receipt — and sends it to the buyer.

Payment collection without MycreArt commission

Card via your Stripe account, transfer to your IBAN, or in person. The money goes to you, MycreArt takes nothing.

The complete record

Time-stamped buyer acceptance, dated payments, a final invoice referencing the deposit. If the question ever arises, everything is written.

The commission remains yours: MycreArt prepares the documents, you remain the seller and your buyer's contact.
