Three steps for a PDF catalog
Everything comes from your inventory and profile. No duplicate entry.
-
1
Select the artworks
From 1 to 25 artworks per catalog. Filter by series, technique or availability, or pick them one by one. The order stays adjustable.
-
2
Choose a style
Four possible layouts depending on your recipient. Switch style at any time without redoing the selection.
-
3
Customize and generate
Decide what shows, add an introduction text if needed, then generate. The PDF is shared by link, with no heavy attachment.
Your catalogs stay in your workspace: regenerate or adjust them as your work evolves.
Four styles, four uses
Pick based on your recipient and the image you want to convey.
Classic
One artwork per page, large photo, detailed record alongside. For a gallerist portfolio or an application.
Immersive
Full-page photo without frame, minimal caption. When the artwork must speak for itself.
Contact Sheet
Compact grid, several artworks per page. For an overview of a series.
Editorial
Text and images alternating. To tell a series like a press feature.
You decide what appears
The same selection becomes a sales portfolio or an application, depending on what you leave visible.
Prices
Shown for a collector, hidden for a fair or a jury. A single toggle to set.
Your background
Biography, statement, education, exhibitions, awards and press: each block can be added or removed.
Bilingual EN / FR
Generate the catalog in your recipient's language from records you have already translated.
Artwork details
Year, technique, dimensions, category, reference: show what matters, keep the rest clean.
An introduction
Add a title and an opening text to set the scene before the artworks.
Your contact details
Show your contact details so people can reach you without searching.
Three ways to get it there
Link, attachment or QR code: the catalog joins the conversation wherever it happens.
A share link
Copy the public link and send it by email, SMS, WhatsApp or Instagram message. Your recipient opens it without an account, and you disable the link whenever you want.
A lightweight attachment
The PDF downloads with images optimised for email: just a few megabytes, without sacrificing how the works look.
QR codes to your works
Optionally, each work in the catalog carries a QR code to its online page. On a printed copy, one scan leads to the work — ready to write to you.
Four situations where a PDF catalog is useful
A gallerist asks for a portfolio
Classic style, ten recent artworks, biography and contact visible. You send the link the same evening.
A fair application
Contact Sheet style for a full body of work, or Immersive for a flagship series. Without prices, just images and titles.
A collector hesitates
Private selection of three to five artworks with prices, Classic style. Sent by message, followed up with a payment link if needed.
Inviting your collectors before the opening
Catalog sent to the collectors you already follow. They discover new pieces and reply before the date.
What to know about catalogs
Up to 25 artworks per catalog. For a gallery portfolio, a tight selection of ten to fifteen coherent pieces is often read more than an exhaustive catalog.
Yes. Prices show or hide with one toggle. You keep the same catalog for a collector with prices visible, and for a fair jury with prices hidden.
Yes, the catalog generates in French or English. The language uses the translations entered on your artwork records and your profile.
Through a link, with no heavy attachment. You copy the share link and send it wherever the conversation happens: email, SMS, WhatsApp or Instagram message. Your recipient opens it in their browser, no account needed, and can download the PDF. You can disable the link at any time.
The PDF stays fixed at the moment of generation. If a record evolves, you regenerate the catalog from your workspace and share the new version.
The goal is the same: presenting a coherent selection of your work. The difference is the source: the catalog is generated from your inventory records, with no layout to redo for each submission. Artworks, captions, biography and statement cover the essentials of an artist dossier; if an open call requires a specific format, check its guidelines before sending.
Yes. The PDF is A4-sized and prints at home or at a print shop. For a meeting, a few printed pages complement the link you send — our guide on printing artist documents covers paper and settings.
