Your exhibition labels, ready to print.
A PDF of wall labels generated from your inventory — included in the free plan, QR code and scan tracking together. You choose what shows, you print, you hang.
Three steps, with nothing retyped
Everything comes from your artwork records. No duplicate data entry.
-
1
Pick the works
Start from an existing exhibition or select works by hand. Up to 300 works in a single label set.
-
2
Set what shows
Tick what appears on the label and choose the format: Medium A7 included for free; Small (85 × 54, business-card size) and Large A6 with Pro.
-
3
Print and hang
Download the PDF and print on heavy paper. Plain paper with cut lines remains the most reliable option; in the small format (85 × 54) or A6, off-the-shelf pre-cut sheets are possible if you print at 100% and test one sheet before the run.
The QR code can be switched off or back on across the whole set at any time, without regenerating the PDF.
Where the visitor's scan leads
One choice per label set. The public artwork page is included for free; the other destinations are part of Pro.

Phone call
Starts a call to your number, if it's set in your profile.
Custom URL
Redirects to any address you choose: a private selection, a form, another page.
Every scan is counted, with protection against duplicates and bots, so you can see which works draw attention.

How it's done at exhibitions
Four benchmarks for labels that look serious, from your first fair to the gallery.
The order of the details
Artist's first and last name, artwork title in italics, year, technique and support, dimensions height × width in centimetres. It is the order gallerists and visitors know — and the one MycreArt labels follow.
The right size
From business-card size (8.5 × 5.4 cm) to A7 (10.5 × 7.4 cm), the gallery standard. A label stays discreet: light background, dark text, no larger than needed to be read from a metre away.
The right height
The convention: the centre of the work between 1.50 and 1.60 m from the floor, the label to the right of the work, at a constant distance from one work to the next. For a sculpture, on the base or a stand.
The label on the back
Most fairs also require a label on the back of the work: name, title, top marker. MycreArt generates those too — the “Back-of-work labels” tool, included for free, adds the “Top” marker, your contact details and the artwork's QR code. Read the rules before hanging.
What artists often ask
Up to 300 works in a single set. You start from an existing exhibition or select the works by hand from your inventory.
No. The PDF prints from an office printer, ideally on 160-200 gsm matte paper. Plain paper with cut lines remains the most reliable option: a few straight cuts are enough. In the small format (85 × 54) or A6, off-the-shelf pre-cut sheets are also possible if you print at 100% and test one sheet before the run.
At a selling exhibition in France, the price must be accessible to visitors without their having to ask: it is a price-display obligation that also applies to fairs, with some tolerance for a discreet presentation where artworks are concerned. In practice: show the price on the label, or hide it and keep a visible price list. On a MycreArt label, the price is switched on or off when you generate the set — you stay in control.
You can switch off the QR code for the whole set at any time, without reprinting. While it's active, it leads to the destination you chose.
Yes. Every scan is counted, with protection against duplicates and bots, so you can spot the works that drew attention during the exhibition.
Creating labels is included for free: saved, editable sets of up to 300 works, the Medium — A7 format, every field available, a QR code pointing to the artwork's public page, and scan tracking. Back-of-work labels — stuck on the back of the work, with a “Top” marker and contact details — are a separate tool, also included for free. Pro unlocks the Small — business card and Large — A6 formats, plus the advanced QR destinations: your Pro Site, your contact card, Instagram, email, phone, or a URL of your choice.
