A contact card for your exhibitions
A QR code on your exhibition label or back label opens your card. The visitor saves your contact — and finds every artwork they scanned: the exhibition stays in their pocket.
Three steps to share your card
Everything comes from your exhibition and back labels. Nothing extra to print.
-
1
Choose the QR destination
When generating your exhibition labels or back labels, select “Contact card” as the QR code destination.
-
2
The visitor scans
Their phone opens your card. They also see the thumbnail of the artwork they just scanned.
-
3
They save your vCard
One tap, and your details land in their contacts. iPhone and Android. No app to install.
Each label set has its own QR, and you stay in control: you can deactivate it at any time from your workspace — and reactivate it for the next show.
What the visitor sees and keeps
A clean, readable page. The content comes from your profile. You edit it in one place.
Complete vCard
Name, email, phone, city, web address, profile photo, Instagram and Facebook. Only the fields you've filled in appear.
Direct action buttons
Call, send an email or open your site, from the same page. The email subject carries the artwork name.
Social links and website
Your Instagram, Facebook and website links. Only those set in your profile.
Scanned artwork in context
Thumbnail and title of the artwork the visitor just scanned, with a link to its page if it's visible.
Scan history
The visitor finds artworks already scanned on their phone. Up to 50 stored for 90 days.
Bilingual EN/FR
The visitor switches the card language. Your profile texts are already available in both languages.
The exhibition stays in their pocket
A fair visitor sees hundreds of works in one afternoon. By evening, they have blurry photos of labels and no names left. Every scan of your QR fixes that — no account, no app.
They no longer lose the artwork
Every scanned work joins their “My scans” history: thumbnail, title, artist, time-stamped — kept 90 days on their phone, up to 50 works.
They no longer lose you
Your vCard lands in their contacts in one tap: name, photo, email, phone, website, social links. Three weeks later, they find you in their address book — not in a browser history.
They come back
From every work in their history, a link leads back to its page and to your card. The artwork they fell for at the fair becomes a conversation again — exactly when they're ready.
Four moments where it changes the game
Gallery opening
You meet a lot of people. Those who want to keep your details scan and save your contact.
Multi-day fair
The hesitant visitor comes back. On their phone, they find the list of scanned artworks and your name.
Group exhibition
Surrounded by other artists, you're not recognized at first glance. The QR on your label becomes your business card, without interrupting a conversation.
Trade fair or professional show
Gallerists and contacts met on the spot scan and find you directly in their contacts afterwards.
What people ask about the contact card
No. They scan the QR with their phone camera, the card opens in their browser, and saving the vCard happens through the native Contacts app. iPhone and Android are both compatible.
Only the fields set in your profile: name, email, phone, city, web address, photo, Instagram and Facebook. If a field is empty, it doesn't show. You edit everything from your profile.
No, it's reserved for Pro mode. On the Free plan, your label QR leads to the public artwork page.
It stays on the visitor's phone, up to 50 artworks kept for 90 days. Nothing is stored on your side: it's a reminder for the visitor, not a contact file.
Their “My scans” history gathers every scanned work, each with its artist's name and a link to their card. At a group show, that's your advantage: instead of relying on their memory among fifty artists, every work scanned from you keeps a direct path back to you.
