Put my artworks up for sale

An artwork you add is “Not for sale”: it is on show, with no price and no button to acquire it. Give it a price and switch it to “For sale” from its sheet. For a whole series, the status changes in one go from the list.

Before you start

Screen 1 · Artworks

In the menu, open Artworks, then click the artwork to put up for sale. To see only the artworks concerned, first click the Not for sale filter, above the list. Under an artwork with no price, the Add a price link opens the same sheet.

The Artworks screen, Not for sale filter selected: the artworks with their Not for sale badge and, under one of them, the Add a price link.

Screen 2 · The artwork sheet

In the Selling block, on the right, open the Sale status list and choose For sale. On a phone, this block is in the Availability tab.

The artwork sheet: the Selling block, with the Sale status list set to For sale.

Just below, enter the price in Price incl. tax: this is the price shown to the public. If you leave it empty, the artwork is for sale and shows “Price on request”.

The Selling block: Sale status set to For sale, then the Price incl. tax field filled in with 1500, and the note “Leave empty to display Price on request”.

At the bottom of the screen, click Save.

The bottom of the sheet: the date of the last change and the Save button.

Screen 3 · Artworks, several at once

For several artworks, go back to Artworks and tick them: the box is at the top right of each image. On a computer, it appears when the mouse moves over the artwork.

The Artworks screen: four artworks ticked, the box at the top right of each image, and the bottom bar showing 4 artworks selected.

A bar appears at the bottom of the screen, with the number of artworks ticked. Click Change status. In this bar, Select all ticks every artwork displayed.

The bottom bar: 4 artworks selected, Select all, then the CSV Export, Visibility, Change status, Change location, Delete and Cancel buttons.

In the window, choose For sale, then click Apply.

The bulk change only touches the status: each artwork keeps the price on its sheet. An artwork put up for sale without a price shows “Price on request” until you enter one.

Can the buyer pay online?
