Image analysis pre-fills your artwork record
You take the photo. MycreArt suggests fields. You validate or correct. No record is published without your review.
An artwork record to review, read from your photo
The analysis covers what a complete record needs: factual data, keywords for search and alt text for accessibility.
Bilingual title and description
An evocative title, then 3 to 5 sentences of presentation in English and French. A concrete base, not a blank page.
Category, technique, support
Painting, sculpture, drawing, photography. The precise technique (oil, acrylic, charcoal, bronze) and the support (canvas, wood, paper).
Theme, style, mood
The style detected (realism, abstract, impressionism), the mood (serene, dramatic, contemplative) and the main theme.
Colors and keywords
The dominant color, the secondary colors and bilingual keywords to better classify and find the artwork.
Thumbnail and main subject
The main subject of the image is detected to generate better square thumbnails, and a signature can be spotted on the photo if present.
Alt text
A factual description of the subject, technique and colors, bilingual. Useful for accessibility and for search.
Every suggestion stays a suggestion. Nothing is locked until you validate the record.
Analyze an artwork in three steps
Whether you import a single artwork or a batch, the flow stays the same.

Upload the photo
A single image, or up to 10 at once with Pro. MycreArt sends each photo to the analysis.

MycreArt suggests fields
The suggested fields appear highlighted. The analysis only fills empty fields: it never touches what you've already entered.

You validate or refine
Every field stays editable. Fix what doesn't suit you, add what's missing, then publish.
Four situations where the analysis helps start a record
You come back from the studio with 20 new artworks
You import them in batch instead of starting from a blank record each time. The analysis suggests a base you then review.
You don't know what to write for the description
The analysis suggests 3 to 5 sentences in English and French. You start from a concrete base instead of a blank page.
You start from an already-cataloged artwork
Category, technique, support, theme and colors are suggested at once. You check instead of typing everything field by field.
You want to be found online
Bilingual keywords, structured description, alt text on every image: your records become easier to understand and to find.
What we get asked about the analysis
No. It suggests fields that you validate or correct. Until you've reviewed the record, nothing is locked, and you can edit everything before publishing.
Never. The analysis only fills fields that are still empty. If you've already written a title or a description, it leaves your text untouched.
Bilingual title and description, category, technique, support, theme, style, mood, dominant color, secondary colors, keywords and alt text. The main subject is also detected for better thumbnails.
No. It's included from the Free plan (50 artworks included, then gradual additions). Pro raises the quotas and unlocks batch import, up to 10 photos at once.
Yes to start a record. The sharper and better framed the photo, the more accurate the suggestions: prefer even light and the artwork alone in the frame.
