Batch import up to 10 artworks at once
Select up to 10 photos. MycreArt creates one record per image, already pre-filled. You review afterwards.
Three steps to import a batch
It all happens from your dashboard, with a review step before publishing.
-
1
Prepare your photos
Cropped photos, neutral background if possible. JPG, PNG or WebP format. One image equals one artwork.
-
2
Launch batch import
From “My artworks”, open batch import and select up to 10 files. Each image goes to the analysis.
-
3
Review and publish
Records arrive with a “to review” status. You open each one, fill in the missing fields, then publish.
The analysis does not guess dimensions, year or price: those fields are yours to complete.
One working record per photo
Each image is analyzed. Here's what MycreArt suggests, editable field by field.
Suggested title FR and EN
A title idea in both languages, which you can rename.
Bilingual description
A description suggested in English and French, to adjust to your voice.
Category and technique
Painting, sculpture, photo… and the detected technique, such as oil, acrylic or bronze.
Colors and keywords
Dominant color, secondary colors and bilingual keywords for search.
Mood and theme
The artwork's style, mood and theme are suggested as a complement.
“To review” status
Each artwork stays private until you have validated it.
Nothing is locked: everything suggested stays editable before publishing.
Four moments where batch import saves time
Back from the studio with a new series
Ten photos at once, ten pre-filled records. You then complete dimensions, price and status.
Migration from an old website
You bring back your old photos in batches of 10. MycreArt re-suggests title and description in both languages.
Picking up a studio backlog
Boxes of photos never cataloged. You import in batches of 10, records stay private, and you review them at your own pace.
Complete inventory for yourself
To keep a clean record of everything you've produced. “To review” records are visible to you only.
