Direct Sales

Selling your artworks directly

Take payment directly into your own account, with 0% MycreArt commission. MycreArt prepares the payment link and the documents that travel with the work.

A sale starts from the artwork page: amount, buyer, payment link and related documents.
Why direct

The sale is yours, end to end

Selling directly means keeping control of the price, the relationship and the record of every sale.

0% MycreArt commission

MycreArt takes no commission on the sale price. You connect your own Stripe account: only standard card fees apply.

The relationship stays yours

You know your buyer, you can reach out again and show them other works. No third party stands between you and them.

A traceable sale

Each sale is recorded with its artwork, amount, buyer and date. You keep the full history, ready to show if anyone asks.

MycreArt never holds the funds: payments arrive in your Stripe account, then in your bank account.

What MycreArt prepares

From payment to documents

Once your payment account is connected, every step of the sale is taken care of.

Shareable payment link

Generate a payment link for a work, share it by message, email or QR code at an exhibition. The buyer pays by card in a few clicks.

Card payment (Stripe)

You connect your own Stripe account in a few minutes (ID document + IBAN). Payments arrive directly in your account, never in MycreArt's.

Invoice, receipt and certificate

After payment, you can issue a compliant invoice with MycreArt or create a non-tax receipt. The issued document can be attached with the certificate under your settings.

Buyer directory

Each buyer is kept in a directory, with their purchase history. Enough to reach out at the right moment, without starting from scratch.

Depending on the context

Collect wherever the sale closes

Opening, fair, studio or private message: the sale is recorded, whatever the payment method.

1

Remotely, by link or QR code

Send the payment link by message or email, or display the artwork's QR code. The buyer pays by card and the sale is attached to the work right away.

2

On the spot, during an exhibition

At an opening or a fair, the buyer scans the label's QR code and pays from their phone. The sale is recorded before they even leave with the work.

3

Other payment methods

Cash, bank transfer, cheque or card on a terminal: record the sale with the method used to keep a consistent trail, even outside online payment.

4

A status at every step

Each sale carries a clear status, from reservation to payment collected. You see at a glance what is finalized and what still needs confirming.
