A private link to show an artwork selection to the right person.
Compose a selection from your inventory and share it through a unique link. You decide what you show, and to whom.
Three steps to create a private link
Everything comes from your inventory. The link is hosted on your Pro Site, so activate it first.
-
1
Compose your selection
Choose artworks from your inventory, one by one or by series. Add or remove them anytime.
-
2
Set privacy
Password, prices shown or hidden, title and introduction message. An expiry date if needed.
-
3
Share the link
You get a unique, short URL. Send it by email or message, or download the QR code. No sign-up for the recipient.
What you decide for each link
Five settings to adapt privacy to the situation.
Password
A single key shared with your recipient. Without it, the selection doesn't open.
Prices shown or hidden
Present a selection with or without prices — the recipient can contact you from the link either way.
Title and introduction message
Personalize the welcome: a name, a date, the context of the selection.
Enable and expiry
Cut access from your dashboard when the exchange is over, or set an automatic expiry date. The selection is kept so you can reopen it later.
View counter
You see how many times the selection has been opened. A useful signal, without identifying who looked at it.
Wall view mode: your selection, one artwork at a time, on a wall
Instead of a grid, present your private link as a gallery hanging: one artwork at a time, at real scale, with neighbouring works peeking at the edges. You choose the wall colour — or upload a photo of your own studio wall, calibrated to its real width.
Discover real-scale visualisationFive situations where a private link helps
A collector hesitates between several artworks
You gather the works in question and a few alternatives, prices shown, password set. You see whether they opened the link.
A gallery in talks
A selection for a planned exhibition, without prices at first. The password stays between you.
A curator prepares a group show
You send your recent works grouped by series. They choose at their own pace, then you discuss the selected pieces.
A buyer who wants to take their time
You leave the discussed works in an active link. The view counter tells you if they come back.
A contact abroad asks for a preview
High-definition photos, optional prices, a password to stay private. Accessible from anywhere, no sign-up.
What people ask about private links

No, it's optional. Without a password, anyone with the link can see the selection. With one, the selection only opens with the key you set.
Yes. For each link, you choose to show or hide prices. Either way, the recipient can contact you directly from the selection.
